NSAIDs mdication

Hello,

I had surgery almost 7 years ago, and now I am having laser vericose vein procedure and the doctor wants me to take NSAIDs medication for 5 days after it. So my question is will it be safe for me to do so?

This is what my doctor said about NSAIDS and it is also on my medic alert file. I can have them if really needed but I have to also be taking Nexium before I take NSAIDS and stay on Nexium till I would stop the NSAIDS.
