My sister has returned from her surgery with dr lara and i am here to tell you he does a phenomenal job...she has the drain on her but she is doing well...body to perfection...no exaggerations either...you will be pleased..im going on th 18th

I am considering a mommy make over or maybe it should be called a grandma make over.  I had weight lost surgery last November and have lost 85 pounds.  I need breast implants, a tummy tuck and possible liposuction and I hear through my gastric sleeve forum that going to Mexico is affordable.  I have 3 weeks off starting December 19th and wondering if this could be possible for me to get this done? Please give me some information!
