45 lbs OFF!!! after VSG w/ Dr. Pompa!!
On Oct 1st I had a VSG, I have lost 45 lbs and feel fabulous!!
Before my surgery I never took any photos and I hated to go to mall. Nothing fit right.
Nothing look good, now I can honestly say that I like myself better and have more fun.
My life has changed 100%. At first it was hard not no eat as I used to, I was hard to get out and walk and do my excercise. I am getting better at this every day. Dr. Pompa gave me my life back because emotionally and physically I feel so much better!!

Congratulations to you! Glad to hear you are doing so well! I started at 206, and now weigh 140. When I saw your stats, I immediately thought we sounded similar. I felt just like you did, but now it is so nice to wear clothes I like, and be in photos and feel comfortable in my own skin. Keep it up, you'll be at goal in no time! Good Luck!
