I had my tummy tuck done in Bolivia on May 2010.
First of all I would like to thank my surgeon and the wonderful support staff of Sensualbodydream (the medical tourism agency that organizes my trip) for all that they have done for me -and my Husband as well- in helping to improve my life.
This agency and their surgeons are life changers. My surgeon has an excellent eye for what he can do to make you look your absolute best, a true artist of the body. I had been contemplating having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for many years after having my 2 children.
I had gained weight with each pregnancy and worked like mad to lose the added pounds. The 2nd pregnancy was not as forgiving to my body. I was in my forties and my skin did not go back. I had adopted a healthy lifestyle, eating clean and working out daily. I got back to a healthy weight and was strong and fit. However, after a few years I was still unable to get my body into the shape I wanted because of the loose skin and the droopiness of my breasts and abdomen. I knew no amount of exercise was going to do it. I needed surgical help.
That is when I began my search for a plastic surgeon in Colorado. One day in my best friend home I met a woman who had tummy surgery and breast augmentation done in Bolivia. The results of her surgery were wonderful,, she told me she has paid 6500 US$ for all the procedure. In Colorado my surgeon asked me 15000US$ for the same!! So I decided to investigate and asked her more information about the place where she had her surgery done, the surgeon, the clinic…

I checked out the company on internet where I had been given SensualBodyDream agency by several different women as being one of the best agency in Bolivia for American patients. They also recommend me another agency -MakeoverTravel- but as I didn't know personally at anybody who had her surgery with them I prefer to continue with sensualbodydream.
When I went to SensualBodyDream web site I was blown away by the tons of before and after photos they had on the site. I went through almost all of them and I was very excited by what I saw. This was what I was looking for. I decided to call and book my trip. The lady on the phone was very nice; she helped me to calm my nervousness. I am so happy I went.
During my first consultation my surgeon and his staff were caring and very patient with all my questions. They were very busy that afternoon and I was surprised that my assistant asked me to meet 3 to 4 of the patients that had had tummy tucks and breast augmentations. I really was amazed at the results I saw, especially how happy these women were. I got to talk to them about their procedures and they were very satisfied with their results, they looked great.
Surgeons in Bolivia are very professional, calm and caring. They are confident in their work and it showed through their patients.
During the first consultation my surgeon explained to me what he could do and what he could not do, his honesty was impressive. After the first consult my husband (I travelled with him) and I felt very secure with choosing him to do my procedures.
I had the tummy tuck, Breast augmentation, and liposuction on my stomach, flanks, back, hips, outer thighs, my results were astounding! Two days after my surgery my husband said I look like I lost 2 dress sizes.
The recovery was the toughest part but I had the support of this great staff and their reassurances gave me what I needed to get through it. I looked forward to seeing the ladies and the Dr. several time per week.
Some of the ladies working for Sensualbodydream were patients themselves, at one time or another and that was so helpful to me, as they knew what I was going through. They were warm and friendly and answered all my questions.
My husband was happy with my old body but he is amazed with my new body. I look at my before picture and I cannot believe that I looked like that!! I wished I had not waited so long to do this. I am 6 months post… I feel great and I love the attention and comments I receive. My self esteem is through the roof and I no longer hide my body when I am naked, I actually like looking in the mirror now. It is great having a small waist and flat stomach again. Not to mention nicer breasts than I had before having kids.
