Size 10 NOW too big!!!

That is wonderful news - sounds like you are heading for the single digit sizes, congratulations on your success!  You were given a tool only, it is your hard work that has made this happen!

Judy you are so right!! It is only a tool, we have to remember that and work as hard as we can. I have to admit I have not worked it as hard as I should have, I would have been at goal if I had. But I really love my sleeve!

Please don't beat yourself up - none of us are perfect - some days we make good choices, other days we revert back to comfort behaviors the goal is good choices the majority of the time.   You obviously are making good choices, don't let numbers on a scale or sizes on clothing rob you from enjoying what you have accomplished.

Bernedette, YOU SUCK!!!  Kidding!!!!!!!!!!! You have done a fandamntastic job!!! I am so happy for you!  I put a size 12 on and I am amazed, so I bet the 10 and lower is amazing!! I found one of my old size 32 shirts, and I still can't believe it. I'd frame it, but I can't find a frame or wall big enough. What was your biggest size????
