I am down  14 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that wont last but now I see how everyone gets dsappointed with a slow week. It gets you so excited about the rapid loss so when it drops to a lb or two a week its like ugghhh.... I get it now! My daughter saw me for the first time today since this journey began and she said "dang mamma trun around, you look good" YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!

Sam- WOW WEEEEE, I am so excited for you. Out of curiosity, how is Dr A's staff post procedure, once you are home.  Have they contacted you, do they have you keep in touch.  Or is it thanks have a good day, don't call if you have problems?
