Swollen foot...

Not sure what happened, the only thing I can think of was the margarita I drank on Friday but, my left foot is swollen. It doesn't hurt but it's swollen. What can be causing it?

 Hm Liz I am not sure.  Keep an eye on it and I hope it goes down soon.

Thanks, my Mom seems to think that maybe it was the salt from the chicken soup and the margarita. We'll see!

i was gonna say that maybe u had something that was high in sodium drink more water did u have fun on ur girlie night out? the movies was cute wasnt it?

Could be the salt, but only one side?  Aaaaw, poor Liz!

try rubbing your foot to move the fluids around... that might help.... yes, I'll have to remember to take my margherita WITHOUT salt... hope all is better in the next 24 hours!

Toni, it was so much fun. I typically don't go out, my whole life revolves around my 2 kids so it was so good to have adult conversation and no****ch a rated G movie :)
