WLS Books...

 Does anyone know of any good books about weight loss surgery? I would love to read a book about someone's real experience. Any suggestions??

I am reading "Fat No More"...it is great and it even mentions OH several times!

 Oh I forgot about that one! I am not doing so well....It's hard knowing I will be having surgery soon and will be losing weight because I feel like I want to eat everything now!!! Ahhh, i thought it would be so much easier than this!

omg listen to me 2 weeks before i knew i was having surgery i stopped going to the gym mind u im a gym rat and went 5 days a week for years then i was eating everything in sight cuz like u , i knew that it would be my last time i only had to go on a diet 3 days before surgery so that wasnt bad but sat night last time id eat like that again i went to a buffett can u imagine ? i keep saying thank god im a vegetarian cuz i would have eaten everything so try ur best i think the reason why is they want ur liver to shrink a lil it makes them easier to see better
