40 pounds!

Hi all,

I haven't been posting much lately... crazy busy.  But, I went to my PCP today for my first postop checkup.  I've officially lost exactly 40 pounds.  I wanted to dance!

My vitals were really good, too.  For the last several years, my resting heart rate has been 90 or above.  My doctors and I have sort of assumed that it had to do with my asthma medication.  But, today... my resting heart rate was 72!

And my blood pressure was 108/70.  A little low, but I'll keep an eye on that.

I haven't had anything stuck in my pouch.  I haven't vomited.  I'm still happily sleeping on my tummy as I have been since a week after surgery.

My clothes are almost all too big, but what a nice problem to have.  I haven't weighed what I currently weigh in about 8 years.  Still way too high, but that's QUICKLY changing.

Just wanted to update everyone.  I hope you're all well!
