There are many people with many different experiences, negative and positive, about this dr. My mom went down there and got the lapband surgery and about 2 months later had to go back and get it removed due to a hole on her stomach tissue. When she came back to AL, she had to immediately go to the hospital where they did surgery on her and found 5 abscess on the stomach, pnemonia in her right lung, and plenty more things wrong. This doesn't happen to everybody, but if I were you, I would get it done in the United States. Cheap prices just means cheaper utensils to be used.
I'm sorry about your Mom but I'd like to point out you can get good care in Mexico. I had an excellent surgeon at a first class hospital.
