I am very excited but in a way feel like it hasn't hit me yet...don't know why but just hasn't.

Pre-op diet? Since Dr Almanza only requests a 3 day liquid diet, I have been trying to cut out carbs and even though my surgery is not till Friday, I'm starting all liquids today.

Enjoying a vanilla protein shake this morning...SALUD!

I think Dr Almanza is a good surgeon and his price is great I would have used him but Dr.Rod in JZ gave me a great deal for my sleeve As for as money I sent a Cc to a company in San Diago.I hope all works out for you.
