I just wanted to let everyone know, that are thinking about getting the surgery done in Mexico or any other place. The passports are going up to $155.00 by next month. I just got mine done it was $116 that includes the picture and the fees. All you need is your drivers license and your birth certificate. Make sure you keep some kind of record that you did apply for your passport just in case it doesn't come in time. I went to the post office and they did the pictures there and send it off. The passport card is only $45, but I am going over seas in two years that is why I went with the passport book.

I paid $120 total for mine for the birth certificate and photo. The receptionist was nice enough to tell me not to pay extra for the expedited service because the passports were taking less than 2 weeks to arrive anyway. I got mine a few days ago, took less than 2 weeks just like she told me :)
