I went with my sister Irishsweetart and niece when they had their VSG in Jan.  I never thought of the VSG as an option for lower BMI's.  There were several staff members that had it with Dr Almanza and they were about 30-40 # overweight.  Now that I know this is an option, I can't stop thinking about it.  My BMI is 29 and I am about 40# overweight.  I am an overeater and always feel hungry and not satisfied.  I know I will yo yo with my weight for the rest of my life.  If you have had the VSG at a lower BMI, I would love to hear your thoughts.

I'm getting close to making my decision to choose between Dr Almanza or Dr Rodriquez.
will you please let me know how it went. I'm leaning more towards Dr Rodroguez, What helped you make your decision to go with him.

Thanks
