Too Nervous to Decide--HELP

I am looking into getting the mini gastric bypass in either Tijuana with Dr. Mario Almanza, Mexicali with Dr. Marco Antonio Sarinana, or Puerta Vallarta with Dr. Jose Castaneda.  I have been doing research, but can't decide which place and doctor is the SAFEST.  I need to decide soon.

 I got my gastric sleeve done with Dr Almanza in Tijuana.  He was great and all went wonderfully.  Good luck with whatever you decide.

I had the sleeve with Dr Almanza, would do it again 100 times.  They are great there!!!  Easist thing I have ever done!  Down almost 37lbs and I am a little over two weeks out.
