I leave today for San Diego then across the border tomorrow and have lap done. I will return home (God willing) Sat.

Im so excited and also excited to have my sister getting hers lap as well by same Doctor. What a perfect Band buddy!!

You will do great!!!  I am 13 days out from surgery and am down 35.1 lbs!!!!!! No surgery issues, great recovery!!!!  Good luck to you!

Did you go on a pre-op diet? I was told to go on clear liquids 3 days before and if I was not doing well on that I could have a small salad with chicken and lo cal dressing. My surgery is March 3 with dr almanza
