HAS ANYONE HAD A DS DONE IN MEXICO WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN DR. UNGSON?

I want to have a ds instead of the rny, but I need to find a good doctor that is not as expensive as Dr. Ungson...any suggestions? thanks!

I was looking into having a DS for a while through World Med Assist and they do not recommend anyone in Mexico.  They used to use Dr. Ungson but they no longer recommend him...  They now use someone in Belgium.
