Walking

I starting walking today it was a hard 3 laps around the track at a local collage for 30 min or more like 25 min I was out of breath but I was glad to do it tomorrow 4 laps before long I will be running that track !

Congratulations, Vinny...Sounds like you are doing wonderful...!!

I'm running a small temp today not much just a little one so im going to take it easy the rest of the day.

You may want to get some liquid Tylenol, for that temp...I know of others that have used it right out of surgery, so I'm pretty positive, you can use it too...
Even a small temp needs to be taken care of...
You may want to call your surgeon or email your patient coordinator, if you haven't already...

Hey Vinny, that is awesome that you are out walking already.  Make sure to get in a lot of liquid as mentioned earlier and watch that temp.  Keep in mind now is the time to rest and heal your body so try not to over do it.  Not that I want to keep you down now that you're on the move..lol...but just listen to your body.  Rest is the best medicine.  You are doing awesome!!!
