Do We Need Pesos in Juarez - Surgery 10/27

Could anyone please reply and let me know if I need pesos at the Hospital in Juarez.  Surgery date is 10/27 Tuesday and my hubby wonders if you can purchase food in hospital with american money or if you need pesos.  If you need pesos, where can you get them exchanged, at the airport?  Please reply, I have to leave Monday.  Thanks you, Fundy

was just there last month.( my niece had the sleeve)  pesos were  much easier to use. had problems finding change for larger bills even 20,s were hard to change.  can change them at airport or embassy which is close to hospital..

The only money I needed in Juarez was 30. for prescriptions  and tip money for the driver and I paid with american money and they had no problem taking it.

I am also going with my husband to Juarez.   My surgery is Dec 10th.   Aren't you freaked?
