who and where in mexico?
Hi I had my surgery with Dr. Aceves in Mexicaili, Mexico. My experience was one of the best surgery experiences I have ever had. The three surgeries I had here in the states could not begin to compare to how wonderful I was treated in Mexico. It is truly an experience that no one can tell you about until you see it for yourself.
Dr. Aceves and Dr. Campos treated me like I was the only patient they had on that whole floor. They came by and cked on me several times and day, and even at night. The nursing staff were very attentive to all my needs, and the hospital staff was cleaning the hospital 24/7.
I think after doing your research you will find that Dr. Aceves in one of the best in Mexico.

Thanks for all of your replies. Just wondering if all the talk about the border cities not being safe to travel to are true? Was the care in mexico good and was it clean and sterile? I am worried about complications because my insurance does not cover surgery or any complications that goes with it...whatever that means??
I had my surgery in Tijuana and NOT once did I feel unsafe, they escort you everywhere and the hotel you stay in is secure too. I went by myself and still I felt safe. I had my surgery in a clinic and I know alot of people will tell you that this is not safe, I had the band which is a very simple surgery. The care in Mexico is wonderful, I'm not sure about your insurance and not covering complications. I have not had any problems, but if your insurance does not cover it you might want to look into having surgery in the states?? I know there is a big difference in cost, if you have anymore questions feel free to PM me.

The US gov't and Mexican gov't warnings are not regarding the entire country, just a few cities. Tijuana and Juarez are the two most dangerous locations they are repeatedly warning folks about.
