Mexican Surgeon with Bariatric Residency

Hi - when I was browsing the boards and checking out resumes I recall that one of the Mexican surgeons had done is residency or specialisation in bariatric surgery, rather than a certification.  I can't recall who that was - anyone have any ideas on who that might be?  Thanks in advance.

i really have no clue but i thought all doctors had to do some form of residency before certification i know my uncle did when he beacame a doctor.........but i not really sure. i know my doctor did.
