What if you have complications once you are back in the states.

I wound up with complications from day 1. After 3 weeks in the Mexico hospital I took an airvac back to the U. S. and spent 6 weeks in Mayo. My insurance company would not cover the surgery but they are paying "some" of the U. S. complication bills. Not sure how they are deciding on what gets paid and what gets declined. I am going to get with my daught in the next few days and call the insurance company. She has experience in the insurance field and can dispute issues if applicable. I heard if they cover the U. S. complications they have to cover the Mexico complications so the final leg of this is to submit the $26,000.00 that we had to pay the Mexico hospital above the original amount.
