Alisa I tried as long and hard as you have. DO IT and don't look back, you won't believe the difference in your life.  But like Ginger said, it IS a tool, NOT a fix.  I am two years out and am now having to fight it.  Daily.  So remember that and daily renew your mind and spirit.
