July 20th for Lap Band with Dr. Almanza

Hi Everyone!

        So this is my first post and I've been lurking for a while now! I did lots of research and finally decided to with Dr. Almanza! I am getting banded on July 20th! I am so happy but also nervous! Anyone got any info to relieve my mind and tips for my trip? Thanks for listening!
