Pre Op Protein Drinks

Please Canadians, I  need help with suggestions of where to buy high Quality ,low carb protein drinks for my pre op diet. I am in Ontario

Do you have a GNC there? I think most Canadian cities to have GNC stores.  If so, the GNC Whey Performance Protein Poweders are really good.  They have about 25 grams of protein and 4 grams of carbs.  GNC also carries Isopure which has 50 grams of protein and O carbs.

Do you folks have a Vitamin Shoppe? I am drinking low-carb protein shakes that is their store brand. They're not bad at all and I'm a pretty picky eater/drinker.

You could always order something online. Lots of folks say that the Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Stack protein powder is awesome.
