Anyone from Nebraska have surgery in Mexico?

Just wondering if there is anyone living in Nebraska who has had wls in Mexico?  Does anyone have trouble with their pcp's at home doing follow-up care after surgery in Mexico?

I am not from NE but I did have the vertical sleeve procedure done in MX. I have had not problems post op and my PCP is happy to do my periodic lab tests which is really all a sleeve patient needs post op.

I am not from Nebraska (but I have family in Harvard, NE.)   I am also pre op like you. 
My PCP said she'll be happy to follow me after surgery. 

Have you tried asking your question on the Nebraska state forum board?  You might get some feedback there.
