Sorry it took so long to answer, I haven't even been on line today!  My email is
[email protected].  My cell # is 918-213-5333.  How is your pre diet going?

I did the southbeach diet..gave up diet sodas...that was kinda hard.  But if you do it now it is easier after surgery. 

I am a CT tech at the hospital here and work 7a-7p Th Fr & Sat.  I have my cell with me so call me anytime...if I am with a patient I'll let you know and call you back.  Sometimes we aren't too busy and I can talk anytime. 

If there is anything I can help you with let me know...I hope I have an answer.
