changing my ticker

Can anyone please tell me how I change my ticker? I went on ticker.com but can't figure it out. I will blame my stupidity on my recent surgery.

You need to go back to the site enter your pin and update it that way. (my ticker anyway) Worst case scenario you create a whole new one. Just know your starting, current and goal weight. Good luck!
