Post Op Creams For Scars????

I've heard of a few the people have used after the scabs fall off.....Neosporin, and Arnica Gel, and Bio Oil.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Ones that they used that really seemed to help. Dr Q gave me a moisturizer to use that really concentrated to put on the tape on my arms to help remove it, but he didn't say anything about after the tape comes off.

Any help you can give me is appreciated!!!

I have used mederma and bio oil.  I like bio oil the best seems to be more effective.
