After care of a sleeve gastric bypass

So I have found my surgeon. I have my surgery date but here is my question. What happens to those of us who have had the gastric sleeve bypass and aftercare? Do you go to your primary care doctor for that? Or do you do something else? What about the pre surgery liquid phase and post op liquid phase and than the solid food phase? I guess I should be investigating an books about all of this, but I assume you would still want to have medical support for the surgery like those who have had the surgery done in the states.

Your doctor that you pick will have his or hers guidelines. They are all different. After care you go to your normal doctor for normal checkups.
