1 Year Surgiversary

One year ago today I had gastric bypass surgery in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. It is the best thing I've ever done for my health and future. Not only have I lost weight but I have gained a much better quality of life. Only wish I would have done it years ago. :)

Thought I would post this note on the Mexico Forum as it was the first place I came to when beginning the search for surgery outside of the U.S.

I so much appreciate everyone's posts and support in this journey and hope to be an encouragement for those that are looking into the process.

thank you so much for your encouragement. your posts here and other places have really helped me in my decision making process. i too am planning on heading to PV for life changing surgery and to receive an important tool for success. i cannot wait! i wish you all the best.
