tis morning i weighed in at 240lbs, I started at 340 lbs so i have lost 100 lbs. This is great !!!!

Congratulations!! This is an incredible accomplishment and you should be very proud of yourself. I'm sure Dr. Rumbaut and everyone at the Mexico office would love to hear your news too. You should e-mail them and send pictures too. Dr. Rumbaut was my surgeon too. Isn't he the greatest? Keep up the great job with your weight loss. Take care!
