financing help

I am considering Dr Joya or Dr A but does anyone have experience with financing. A little background a bankruptcy was filed and clear in 2002 and now I have a lot of outgoing credit but all bills have been paid on time since that time and most of the responses is they are saying I dont make enough money and thats the majority of the reasons for the denial...anyone have any other sites or tips...thanks
