Dr Joya

Anyone going to Dr Joya this summer?  I want to do Lap RNY.  I am just waiting for his office to call me back.

No I was there is February I love him he saved my life and I will forever be greatful to him and all of us his team. Try his board at www.drjoya.com lot's of his patients post on that.

I called Dr Joya's office just today. There are 800 numbers on his website. The guy I spoke to spoke perfect English and answered all my questions, and I had a lot. I'm aiming at having my surgery in late June and he said it would be good to put down the deposit now because the special rate of $11,500 could end at any time and go back up to $16,500. He explained to me all about the hotel and etc, and even sent me follow up emails. The office seems great! I'm just worried about follow ups back in the good ole USA. Barbara

I have been joyaized and had no problem with follow up care here in North Carolina. My doctor knew my health issues and that my issurance would not cover it. I told him I was going to go to Mexico and he thought that it was fabulous and now recomends others do the same. He has a PA whoes mother had RNY and she knows it inside and out. Start talking to primary care doctors and find one who is one board with you about this.

Gerald is wonderful.  I am putting my deposit down tomorrow and scheduling for May.  Anyone else going in May?  I can't wait!!!!!  Time to buy balloons and start blowing them up....LOL
