Insurance and Blood work

Does anyone know what procedure code your doctor uses when you get your blood work done ? My doctor keeps using the WLS code and my insurance will not pay for it.  Any code related to WLS my insurance kicks it out .

Like I said you need to post this on one of the MAIN boards either RNY or the MAIN board. No one really pays any attention back here
