Got my date -- Cross post

Hey everyone! Well, I am booked with Dr Quiroz for April 2nd! I will be having a lower body lift/mr and *hopefully* arms done. (depends on time under -- he would not commit to both until he can get in there and see how long the lbl takes)

Anyone who used Cosmed before, will they fill out the FMLA paperwork for you?

I am so excited about this, but I am also a tad bit bummed out right now. We use E*Trade for banking and we just found out they do not do cashiers checks. SO we asked if we could do a wire transfer. Cosmed said yes, and sent us the details, only to find out E*Trade does not allow you to wire money to anyone but yourself. Real helpful, no? So now we have to write my mother a check, have her deposit it and then do a wire transfer or cashiers check from her bank. I am so frustrated right now!

Anyway, I know we will make it work, so I am just excited to finally have my date! Y'all say a prayer!

Awesome. Congrats and Best Wishes! It was a hard few weeks but now I'm loving the results. I just booked too for my breast touch-up the 3rd week in March. Wish we could have crossed paths. You are in great hands. Dr. Q is awesome. ~Michelle

I know! I am so excited! I wish we could hve met up too. It would have been fun to see you. We are going to be there from Maarch 31-April 17th, so if you have to travel don for any follow up, let me know. We are staying at the Lucerna.

Hey, can I ask you another question? Did you have their office fill out any FMLA papers for you? Did they do it? I have emailed them asking if they could, but so far no response. I have to have that for the FMLA time off from work. Thanks!
