Jonesing for Mexican Food ~ Crock pot Recipe & FP

Hi all,

I made a Crock Pot Carnitas and side of Calabacitas (a squash dish) last night. Thought I'd share the recipe and food porn.

I encourage those having difficulty with meat to use a crock pot. It makes meats super tender and keep everything so moist.
