Aftercare at Cosmed

Hello everyone.....I am investigaqting a BL, Arm Lift, and facelift at Cosmed.  I am most worried about aftercare as I will be travelling to Mexico alone.  If anyone has had experiences good or bad with Lila's or Irene's aftercare homes I would greatly appreciate the feedback.  Also, how much were the misc expenses you encountered as I am concerned about how much extra money I will need to carry.  I would appreciate any help you can provide. I stayed at Irene's for 5 days. I would be happy to share my experiences. PM me with any Q's you may have. I have also stayed at The Lucerne Hotel (closest hotel to the clinic) for my follow-ups (I'm fairly local in Southern Cali so I go back for follow-ups) ~Michelle
