Cost of VSG in Mexico?

I just checked an email I got from Dr. Aceves and he charges $9,500.  Does anyone know what others charge in Mexico?  I've been thinking about the lap band, but came across the sleeve and it sounds interesting.

Dr. Alvarez (www.endobariatric.com) charges 10,000 if your BMI is under 50 and 10,500 if it is over 50.  By the way...I LOVE my sleeve!!

I am going to have my VSG done with Dr. Joya in Puerto Vallarta. He charges $11,000 for the VSG and this is all inclusive..which means everything is included; surgeons, hospital fees, pre-op testing, hotel, and airfare....all for that one price.  check out his website www.drjoya.com

I just had surgery with Dr. Aceves, and I believe he is one of the cheapest around. Not that I picked him for price, but it didn't hurt. Oh, and that included everything but my airfare.
