Follow up care

Can anyone refer me to a physician in Portland Oregon or Vancouver Washington who will care for a SOTB patient after weight loss surgery? I have yet to choose a PCP in this area and am hoping someone from the forum can point me in a good direction. I am wanting to get my labs done and start taking the vitamins before my surgery in January. Thanks everyone, Jen
