December surgery buddy?

Is anyone having surgery in December with Dr. Joya that would like to be buddies? I will be having surgery towards the end of December.  I'm waiting on my raise to put down the deposit and set a date in stone.   I'm so excited about the possiblity of being thin.   I remember reading somewhere, in your dreams are you thin?  I am.  I think I have desorted something or other.  I see thin in the mirror.  Its when someone takes a picture of me do I really see what I look like.
