Washington State aftercare doctors

Hi, I am considering having the lap-band surgery done in Mexico. Does anyone know of any aftercare doctors in Washington state? Also, can you stay longer in Mexico if you want to see the doctor more to make sure everything is progressing correctly rather than flying home so quickly? Thanks so much!!
