Hi, I need a good surgeon in Mexico for the lap band. Anyone have any input?

I recommend Dr. Ariel Ortiz in Tijuana. He's very good at what he does, speaks great English, and has more experience than almost all lapband docs. K

hi i am going to acuna mexico my surgeon is dr jose rodriguez i have only heard good things about him. My surgery date is 2-26-07. I am flyin to san antonio and his staff pick us up and take us to and from hotel to hospital the hotel is paid for in the package all we had to pay was the airline tickets which were really cheap. He charges 7300 for lap band surgery and his assistant is wonderful check out www.joseband.com good luck

Well, thenatively the surgery is set for Feb 9. I just have to send my deposit in to save the date. YAY! Start the liquid diet here soon. Not looking forward to that. Lori
