Is there a forum specifically for Plastic Surgery south of the border?

I'm not sure if there's a forum specifically for PS south of the border, but I've heard that Dr. Javier Rodrigues Cuellar is pretty good. You can find a bit about him on Dr. Jose Rodriguez's website www.joseband.com. Good luck.
