lap band with Dr. Jose Rodriquez

I am having my surg for lap band on 12/18/06. Has anyone else gone to Dr RDZ

He did my lapband 3 1/2 yrs ago. He is great and full of charisma! You'll be in great hands. Just be aware that none of the nurses speak any English. If it is during the day, the hospital administrator, Rose, does speak English (FYI). Also, I would recommend staying at La Quinta in Del Rio pre/post-op. It has included breakfast and is very clean (unlike the Best Western). I just came back from there 3 wks ago for plastic surgery with Dr. Rod's colleague, Dr. Javier.
