How have you done it?

This is for the Mexican banders please Just curious how many pounds each lost in the six months and then the amount lost after one year. And how did you do it? Band only, exercise, etc. Thanks, I am being banded on Jan 29 and until now have wanted pre-op and surgery information. Now I am gathering post-op info. YEAH ME ready to ride
