Pam, Thank you for posting a response to my question regarding a reversal of Nissen Fundoplication. A "Nissen' is a surgery which is commonly done to repair a hiatal hernia. This surgery must be dismantled or reversed prior to the Roux-N-Y. Has anyone had any experience with either of these docs: Arturo Rodriguez (Monterrey, Mexico); Ricardo Javier Salinas-Garza (Monterrey, Mexico), Pablo Zorrilla (Monterrey, Mexico). I recently heard of another doctor in Ensenada, Mexico who is supposed to be quite good, and good looking too! I really don't care if the doc is good looking I just want the doc to be good! Luisa, I had my vsg with Dr. Joya in Puerta Vallarta. According to his credentials, he's one of the leading bariatric surgeons in Mexico.
