Anyone had problems with..........

Has anyone had problems with there kidneys and water retention to keep them from losing weight. I am back up 15lbs from when I came home. I am either trying to pass a kidney stone or have a massive kidney infection. I got on the scale yesterday and it is up 15 lbs. I am not swollen anywhere. That I can tell anyway. I was doing real good with my weight and now I am gaining. I am 3 and a half weeks out. Someone please help me. I am doing everything I am suppose to. I have even started to exercise. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am very desperate. I do not want to fail. Tanya
