over a year out!!

What a journey I have had! I had my surgery 3/4/05. and now over a year later how happy I am. I'm down 60lbs and just 20 more to go. Yes, I am doing it very slowly but that was my choice because I love to eat. I eat ANYTHING I want just alot less of it. I say I am on the 1 lbs aweek program. What a life changing experience this has been. It's funny because now that spring is here and I am down from a size 18 to a size 12 people are all telling me how great I look. ( I guess over winter with the big cloths I still looked heavy) Anyone out there feeling frustrated, just remember it's a journey, last year at this time in May I was wondering if it was ever going to work, did I waste my money.
