ok so i always knew i had some mental health problems, but 85 pounds down and all of a sudden i'm like all over the place!  I truly felt as if I were psychotic.  My psychiatrist upped my Lamictal and put me on Lithium.  My anxiety is through the roof!  I've been wanting to smoke pot.. ugh.  I finally started counseling a couple weeks ago.  Just wondering if i'm the only one whose "issues" started bubbling up after the "suit of armour" (FAT) shed off?   

Crying is good for the body and soul.....

Just know that you are becoming stronger each and every day.
You are not alone and loved very much!

Congrats on 30 days Trish.

I have not been here for a long time as I am taking 6 classes this semester so that I can graduate in May, do my practicum in the summer, and then take the state exam so I can start my 1000 counseling internship. And then - when I am done with that I will be a licensed chemical dependency counselor....YEAH!!!!!!!

Remaining sober has to be a daily job - the one day at a time saying is the truth. And for me it still remains one minute at a time sometimes!
