I could not do this alone

Heaven knows I tried. I am squirrly lately. Today I feel like I am on speed and need to come down. Thankfully I have a support system. I have awareness that there is a problem and I can do something about it. Seems like a lot of people are emotional this week. Have you been reading the boards? Maybe it is the change of season? I know here it is very Spring like. Maybe it is middle age? Whatever the reason it feels like **** Laurie
